If you choose to believe in Science, you indeed will be limited by the same. However, if you choose rather to put your solace in someone who is greater than science, your life will definitely produce results that rationality and science can’t explain!

It wasn’t just His body that was crucified that day; it was also His heart, mind, and soul that were beaten, bloodied, and shredded.

This transformation in me probably makes no sense to some, is hard to fathom, and goes against our very human nature. I truly do understand that and the difficulty of reading what I am writing about.

No textbook can capture the diversity of Christian experience. To truly understand faith, we need to listen to the unique stories of those who live it.

Do not fool yourselves, my fellow Christians, for our world is a dark place. Unbelievers do not know there is more to this life than those constant whispers from satan.

I want to propose a different way of looking at “be still” for anyone struggling and waiting on God.

Accepting Jesus does not automatically equate you to being the “perfect” evangelist or take away nerves or fear.

Here’s the thing to realize: when you are in a storm, and in the back of your mind, you remember all those phrases said about God being silent. They are not all good and have the potential to worsen your loneliness and damage your relationship with God because you are thinking about it the wrong way.

They’re often sincere, devoted believers who genuinely want to honor God. But somewhere along the way, they confused biblical holiness with social isolation. They started believing that the best way to influence culture is to avoid it entirely.

Sometimes, doing the right thing means stopping mid-argument and saying, “You’re right.” It means giving up the need to win. Or walking across the room when you’d rather stay in your little safe corner.

Nagging in the back of my head was this feeling that I answered wrong, that I needed to rethink my response, and why I responded that way. And you betcha I rethought my response, and it was an intense moment of realization, faith, and repentance.

Why can’t it be both? Maybe I’m wrong, but here are my thoughts. First, we are not puppets, we have free will to choose what we want.

We tend to skip the “fly-over” Bible chapters filled with names and places we can’t pronounce. But what if one of those forgotten chapters actually tells the story of your life — your journey, your struggles, your growth?
