Unchecked anger is a doorway for spiritual attack, and this includes fear that leads to anger and resentment. I know this on a personal level, and I’ve seen the damage such an attack can produce. Even this very morning I was in conversation with a family member and in the discussion, I started thinking about the various trials and difficulties I had to overcome as a son of a sharecropper from the American South.

The promise of good spirituality is contingent upon the believer being born of the Holy Spirit. It’s an essential step, or you leave yourself wide open to spiritual attacks of all types and will be powerless to defeat them.

This transformation in me probably makes no sense to some, is hard to fathom, and goes against our very human nature. I truly do understand that and the difficulty of reading what I am writing about.
