The body of Christ depends on diversity, not sameness. Each believer receives grace measured uniquely for the race God has set before them, and the whole grows only when every part does its work.

To run the race of faith is not about outpacing the person beside you; it is about staying faithful to the course God set uniquely before you.

Paul does not pray for new blessings but for clearer sight, asking that the eyes of your heart enlightened by the Spirit would finally perceive what God has already given. It is possible to be richly blessed in Christ and still live as though spiritually impoverished.
