He was broken, tortured, and killed...

"JESUS died for you"...this isn't a cliché,

JESUS was actually killed,

He was betrayed from within His own circle,

Judas Iscariot is his name.

JESUS was slapped,

He was spat on,

He was exchanged for a robber who was rightfully guilty of a felony,

A man who knew no sin was made sin for us;

A crown of thorns was pierced into His head.

JESUS was nailed to the Cross,

He was given a soured drink (vinegar) to drink,

He was mocked,

He was ridiculed;

After He breathed His last, a spear was pierced from one side of His rib to the other,

Blood and water flowed down.

Now, all you need to do:

• Acknowledge this price He paid for our sins,

• Believe in Him — John 3:16–17;

• Accept His invitation into your heart as your personal Lord and as your personal

Saviour - Revelations 3:20

For the course of the same gospel:

• Peter, the apostle, was nailed (crucified on a cross) downwards,

• Another was thrown into a lake of burning oil,

• Another still was sewn into two

• Some stoned,

• Some were eaten by hungry lions,

• Still some were dragged by horses on the stony roads around the city;

  
  

And the list of martyrdom goes on.

Will you just remain Silent at this huge price paid, just to get the gospel to your doorstep??
