That cycle can be broken! I promise.

We all have these thoughts, and they constantly plague us.

Am I going to lose my job, and how am I going to pay my bills?

Will my groceries last all week?

What if the test results are positive?

Am I good enough? Do they like me?

These can often become persistent worries. They can paralyze you.

Some to a great amount, others not so much. Nonetheless, these take away from your present and steal your tomorrow before it even arrives.

This is different from normal day-to-day issues that can cause concern.

Worry, especially if it is persistent can keep us in an unhealthy state. Which in turn usually boils into anxiety as it also starts to manifest itself into physical symptoms inside of our bodies.

Concern is when we acknowledge something is happening now or could potentially happen. Concern is natural; it’s a safety system set up in our minds by God.

We can take that concern to God and seek guidance, answers, and solutions from Him. Before, it turns into persistent worry and anxiety that doesn’t offer us any possible options and solutions.

We can stop that cycle.

No matter the situation, who’s at fault, or how big or small that mountain in front of you is.

You can take that and lay it before Him, and He will walk you through it and never leave your side.

Let Him in, and let Him take those burdens.

“For God gave us not a spirit of fearfulness; but of power and love and discipline.” 2 Timothy 1:7

“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your anxiety upon him, because he careth for you.” 1 Peter 5:6–7

“Jehovah will fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.” Exodus 14:14

Be still, and know that I am God […]” Psalms 46:10
